New World Symphony

SOUTH BEACH, MIAMI | 2014

The New World Symphony celebrated its 25th Anniversary honoring co-founder and composer Leonard Bernstein by commissioning us to install series of immersive projection mapped environments inspired by the film West Side Story. We obtained usage rights to the original film, and used rotoscoping to isolate the characters. We then projected the film’s characters into digital environments that we created throughout the Frank Gehry designed campus facility.
